Western Virginia Science Museum offering name a cockroach after your EX
This valentine’s that the Science Museum of Western Virginia offers something -- different. You have the opportunity to name one of the Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches once some body. Kyle Knight, a museum guest, needed someone in his life he felt deserved this.
"I believe it's kind of funny to consider placing a Cockroach in terms of the people in my own life that I kind of feel as if are only a little just like a Cockroach," Knight said. One name in particular popped him up. He even held that the Cockroach first and completed a form announcing its new name. But that you don't have to hold it name it--I definitely didn't hold one. Knight added,
"They are big enough where they seem like they'd be considered a tiny pet rather than just a tiny insect, they're not exactly just bug-size." Once visiting the Cockroach and including a $5 donation to the museum, you can choose an e card to send into the person who you named the Cockroach after.
I have made a decision to join in online and name a few of these simple Cock Roaches after my friend. I'm sending him the ecard that says,"Surprise!"

I am reminded of their when I see the Cockroach." The activity started February 1 st and runs through February 15th, so return to the museum before it's too late!
